Who runs this site?
Did SunVax authorize this site?
No. The site is an unsolicited offer. SunVax has not signed any agreement. If SunVax (or any party with standing) asks for it to come down, it is taken down within one business day. See about for the takedown commitment in writing.
What does this site cost SunVax?
Zero. Hosting, domain, content, build, audit, and maintenance are all covered by LIGHT HOPE / x1000.ai. There is no per-click fee, no referral fee, no commission on orders routed to order.sunvaxmrna.com. The order CTAs link straight to the SunVax store; SunVax keeps everything.
How do I correct a number or remove a claim?
Email yingzhongli@sunvaxmrna.com (SunVax founder), or hello@lighthope.ai (this site's operator). Fixes land within one business day. See contact for all channels. If you prefer to send a patch directly, request repository access via the same email; a CONTRIBUTING.md describes the format (note: repo public visibility is owner-decided).
Will the site track me?
No. Zero cookies, zero analytics, zero third-party scripts. The kit selector, experiment designer, and troubleshooter all run entirely in your browser; nothing is sent to any server. Closing the tab discards what you typed. Full statement at privacy.
Why no contact form on the site?
Lead capture would mean storing prospect data; we chose not to. Every buyer-facing CTA routes directly to SunVax (order.sunvaxmrna.com, sunvaxmrna.com/partner, partners@sunvaxmrna.com). SunVax handles its own customer relationships; we don't mediate.
Why is this listed as an "unsolicited offer" and not a "partnership"?
Because there is no signed partnership agreement. Calling it a partnership would be inaccurate, and we treat accurate framing as load-bearing. If SunVax later signs a written agreement covering the site, the framing on /about updates accordingly.
How accurate is the data?
Every datum carries an evidence grade (A / B / C); grade D is internal-only and never appears on a public page. Sources are cited per claim. The full grading methodology is on about. The audit trail is at the /status page (build SHA, version manifest, tag history).
If you find a discrepancy between this site and a SunVax source, the SunVax source wins. Tell us; we fix it.
Will the URL stay up after my visit?
Yes. The site is intended to be useful over months, not as a one-off pitch. The only reasons it would go down: SunVax requests takedown, the operator decides to deprecate (with notice on this page), or hosting becomes unavailable (rare; the operator maintains a detailed disaster-recovery runbook that you can request a copy of).
Why are some kits listed without prices on the detail page?
Prices appear on the catalog summary at /kits, sourced from order.sunvaxmrna.com (verified 2026-05-16). Detail pages omit prices deliberately so a price update on SunVax's store does not require a re-deploy here. The order CTA on every detail page routes to the live store price, which is always current.
Is this the only client LIGHT HOPE has built a site for?
As of 2026-05-16, yes — sunvax.x1000.ai is the first VIP client subsite under the m624 platform. Future clients will appear under their own subdomain at <client>.x1000.ai. The platform code is multi-client by design.
I'm a researcher at SunVax. Can I edit this directly?
Yes. Email hello@lighthope.ai and ask for read/write access; the site is in a git repository with a documented contribution flow. Alternatively, email the change and we'll land it within one business day, same as any correction. A CONTRIBUTING.md is included in the project; ask for a copy via email.
